Is it really free for homeowners?+
Yes. Posting a job, hearing from trades and leaving reviews are all free, always. Trades pay a small amount to contact you, which keeps it that way.
How many trades will contact me?+
Three at most. Once three trades have taken your job, nobody else can. Until then, trades only see the first half of your postcode, never your name, number or address.
Do I have to hire one of them?+
No. Compare the prices and go with whoever you like, or no one. When you've sorted it, mark the job as hired and it comes down.
I'm a trade. What if a lead is no good?+
Report it within 14 days. Wrong numbers, and customers who haven't replied after 48 hours, are usually refunded instantly. Fake jobs are checked and refunded, and taken down if more than one trade reports them.
Is there a contract or monthly fee for trades?+
No contract, no subscription and no commission. You buy credits when you want them, and they never run out.
